So just what is the Link Cloaker?

This handy tool will create a "cloaked" affiliate link for you from your affiliate link.

Why is this useful?  Good question!

Often an affiliate link is a rather rather ugly looking link, something like http://BuyMyProduct.com/ThisProductIsCool?affm=2315. This can prevent your potential customers from clicking on it which can lose you the sale.

However, if you have a nice looking link, such as http://CoolProduct.at.TheSexyIguana.com, you will often experience an increase in clicks and in sales.

The Link Cloaker makes your links more attractive to your potential buyers.

There is also the matter of those less than ethical folks who will grab your link, pull out your affiliate code, substitute their own and steal your sale.  Cloaking your link prevents this.
